eBay joint hands with PayPal and launch the shopping kickback incentive plan in the USA
According to foreign media report, eBay took cooperation with PayPal and promoted a shopping discount bonus schemes—eBay Bucks in American market. According to the plan, the eBay shoppers in USA and eBay registered members can purchase most commodities with a 2% discount via PayPal.
Consumers can obtain this reward on eBay website or its mobile applications. The award will be in return for users in gift coupon. The users who win this reward need to purchase on eBay and then exchange eBay Bucks. The obtained bonus can be accumulated, at the end of each quarter, eBay will give the user the Bucks eBay certificate; the users need to use the certificate to shop merchandise via PayPal within 30 days.
eBay expressed, the cash discount reward plan will be not include industry and commerce fixed equipment, estate, eBay cars, etc. in the past one year, eBay has tried this cash discount bonus scheme, and claimed the number of consumers who join in this registered plan will 5 times than the unregistered consumers.
However, in the recent years, the cash discount plan did not achieve great success in the industry. Previously, Microsoft Bing also provides this kind of plan, but because of enough transaction volumes, Microsoft closed this service at present. eBay launching the plan is also just focus on its long term loyal users; but whether the plan can attract new users to take part in this plan or not, it is still no way of knowing.
“In fact, the eBay in American market sales has faded and weak; its growth rate is not as fast as the international market, therefore, the situation is the reason that eBay only publish this shopping kickbacks award scheme in the United States.” Said Yide Huang, chief manager of ePathChina, a top 50 wholesale drop shipper in China.
Huang continue said, this is good news for users who are fond of online shopping on eBay. Being able to purchase cheap and fine products, it is also really attractive. This plan will stimulate consumers to buy on eBay. It can improve the sales to some degree.
As an experienced China electronic gadgets wholesaler(http://www.epathchina.com), ePathChina also pay its attention to this plan. Actually, ePathChina also have a try of some this plan. Usually, ePathChina will launch the special carnival to appreciate the new and old customers.
During the special carnival, consumers will buy all kinds of discount electronic gadgets on the website. This is really a way that can attract the attention of existing and old customers. Old customers will tend to place large order, and fresh customers will be interested in the cheap wholesale electronics.

“eBay Bucks”. Things are getting desperate at eBay!
eBay’s many current Donahoe-induced problems are hardly worth discussing any more. Clearly, the headless turkeys have taken over the eBay farmyard and, in particular since the sociopath John Donahoe has been given a key to the larger “disabled” cubicle in the executive wash room, eBay has every quarter, in relative terms, been flushed further and further down the toilet.
Since April Fools Day (how apt!) and the dumping of “store” items into core, eBay’s new Utah data center appears to have been effectively crippled or, if it is functioning as planned, it’s a very strange plan. Regardless, it would appear that for many users the eBay whale is high and dry on a beach somewhere, has died, and is now starting to stink. I suspect that eBay is now generating more revenue from re-listing fees, for items that remain unsold, than from any other of their fees on genuine sales.
By the way, how can an established, publicly listed, commercial entity, that is supposedly making so much money, manage to never pay its stockholders a dividend? It appears that the only people that have ever gotten any benefit out of eBay’s stash of overseas cash are the senior managing executives, and even they have been recently selling their eBay stock: eBay’s Chief Headless Turkey and Bain & Co shill, Donahoe, is dribbling out his eBay stock sales on a monthly basis, probably hoping that no one will notice—how naïve can this man and his advisers be?

Methinks that this latter-day “Captain Queeg” and his fellow incompetents are provisioning their personal lifeboats for the undoubted coming announcement that the now completed three-year Donahoe “turn around” is indeed still turning around, and around, and around (it’s otherwise known as “spinning”), and, as a result of Donahoe’s “destructive innovations”, the eBay Marketplace is getting lower and lower in the water, and must now be on the point of going submarine.
